- Plats, Auditor’s Subdivisions and Registered Land Surveys
- Torrens Titles
- Names and Tax Searches
Instructors/Abstractors will be there to answer your questions and to assist you in drawing and following even the toughest legal descriptions!
Attendees are asked to bring a pencil, notepad, eraser, and scaled ruler.

Course Fees & Registration
MLTA members $75 *; Non-members $150.
* MLTA members must be logged in to the MLTA website to receive the member rate.
Fees include continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshments. A reference/workbook is also provided.

Payment/Cancellation/Refund Policy
Prepayment is required. Attendees are entitled to a full refund if they cancel by Monday, January 11, 2016. Cancellations received after that date are non-refundable.
