The MLTA Education Committee is proud to present a NEW class entitled “Introduction to Closing”!

Intro to Closing is a one-day class that is designed to give attendees an overview of the closing process . . . from Purchase Agreement to Policy.  In order to give students a true closing experience, this class includes a Mock Closing.  Instructors and students will participate and play the roles of parties to a real estate transaction.  A ‘real’ closing will be acted out and will include the explanation of title and loan documents. 

Please Note:  This class is best suited for new closers, aspiring closers, closing assistants or other title professionals that have an interest in learning the basics of the closing process. 

Date:  Monday, November 13, 2006 @ 9:00 a.m.* – 4:30 p.m.
         *Registration begins at 8:30 a.m.

Cost:  $80 for MLTA members; $125 for non-MLTA members

Location:  Radisson Hotel & Conference Center, 3131 Campus Drive, Plymouth, MN 55441.
