This 2-day course is an overview of the title insurance process and consists of the following 8 chapters:

1.  Intro to Real Estate Law
2.  Legal Descriptions & Land Records
3.  Purchase Agreements, Contracts for Deed, Deeds and Conveyancing
4.  Process of a Title Order & Title Evidence
5.  Common Encumbrances and Liens
6.  Title Examination
7.  Closings
8.  Title Commitments, Policies & Endorsements

Registration will begin at 8:30 a.m. on Feb. 6th.  Class will begin at 9:00 a.m. and conclude by 4:00 p.m. each day.

Continential breakfast, lunch and refreshments for each day are included in your registration fee.
