This one-day course will be taught by industry professionals and is designed for title examiners who are or will be employed within the industry to examine title in order to aid in the production of title insurance commitments and policies. 

Because this course is designed with title insurance industry examiners in mind, a review of the basic title insurance forms, as well as some common forms of endorsements, is included as part of this course.  The review is designed only to highlight areas of importance to the examiner.  Prior completion of MLTA Course I:  Principles of Real Estate Law & Title Insurance is recommended, but not required. 

Each student will receive a reference manual that was written by industry attorneys and experts.
