The MLTA Education Committee is proud to present "Introduction to Closing"!
Intro to Closing is a one-day class that is designed to give attendees an overview of the closing process . . . from Purchase Agreement to Policy. In order to give students a true closing experience, this class includes a Mock Closing. Instructors and students will participate and play the roles of parties to a real estate transaction. A "real" closing will be acted out and will include the explanation of title and loan documents.
Please Note: This class is best suited for new closers, aspiring closers, closing assistants or other title professionals that have an interest in learning the basics of the closing process.
Date: Tuesday, April 22, 2008 from 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (Registration begins at 7:30 a.m.)
Cost: $65 for MLTA members; $75 for non-MLTA members
