In addition to our regular agenda items our meeting will open with a presentation from Anoka County on the tax forfeiture process and at 11:00 Jim Gelbmann, Deputy Secretary of State, will provide an overview of the process that could occur at the State of Minnesota if a budget agreement is not reached by July 1st.  Please note Mr. Gelbmann will not be able to provide any definitive information on which services would continue in the event of a shutdown rather he will provide a logistical overview and historical perspective.
