The August 7th PRIA Local SE MN Chapter meeting will be held at the Rochester Golf & Country Club, 3100 Country Club Road, Rochester, MN.
Rochester Title is hosting the meeting and Kyle’s Plat Service is sponsoring the audiovisual equipment for our guest speaker.
We have the honor and privilege to have Mark Ladd fly in to attend and present at our PRIA Local chapter meeting!!!!!
SPECIAL GUEST SPEAKER – Mark Ladd, VP, Regulatory & Industry Affairs with Simplifile (former PRIA President) will be attending our meeting and doing a presentation on
“Blockchain: Helpful Tech or Just Hype?”
“Blockchain is all the rage right now, but what impact will it have on property records? This session will cover some of the early blockchain real estate pilot projects as well as current trends relating to certified copies of records. Come see what’s happening and be prepared to lead your organization’s response to this technology.”

The lunch options are as follows:
- Pork Tenderloin Medallions, apple and chipotle demi – $22.50
- Chicken Kiev stuffed with garlic herb butter, breaded and baked – $22.50
– Each of these entrees include a baked potato and green beans amandine - Mushroom Ravioli with roasted garlic tomato sauce and basil alfredo – $20.00
Includes a roll, coffee, water, iced or hot tea.
Payment for the meal can be check or cash to Rochester Title.
