Job Description:
NOW Hiring Real Estate Title Examiner (REMOTE POSITION)
Desired applicant will possess the following qualification:
Ability to keep a high level of discretion with sensitive or confidential information
Excellent customer service, organization and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining a very high level of accuracy with both data collection and presentation
Working knowledge and understanding of MN Title Standards and State Statues pertaining to Real Estate
Understanding of legal descriptions
Experience with Research and gathering information from local and state government agencies Computer-based skills.
Job Functions:
Search public real estate, tax and court records.
Examine and verify current title vesting, legal description, access and insurability of the property.
Examine document found in search, such as deeds, mortgage, easements, restrictions, judgments, liens.
Report any errors, omissions or discrepancies and assist in resolution
Prepare various title reports and/or title commitments for law firms, real estate agencies, lenders or individual customers.
Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Position includes excellent compensation based upon experience along with Full benefits, profit sharing and company matching funds.
