IMPORTANT – Senate Bill 278
Senate Bill 278 represents the most comprehensive reform of the title insurance industry in Minnesota's history. The bill is currently moving through the Legislature, and passage will fundamentally change how you do business in the state. The MLTA Legislative Committee will provide an update on this bill at the 2011 Spring Seminar. This is your opportunity to learn how the bill will affect your business. Additional information is available at http://mlta.org/legislative_bills.cfm.

TITLE GIVES BACK Annual Food Drive
Minnesota food shelves continue to experience record numbers of families needing assistance. For the past two years, MLTA has responded to this challenge by conducting food drives at its Spring Seminar.

MLTA is continuing this tradition in 2011 and hopes that MLTA members will do the same.  Donations received will continue to go to the St. Cloud Salvation Army Emergency Food Shelf.

Cash – Stretch Your Donation!
Cash donations will also be accepted on-site. Food shelves can stretch donations of cash further than donations of food because of their access to discount products and programs.

Other Ways to Give
If you are unable to bring cash or food donations to the event but still want to contribute, you can donate directly to the Salvation Army in your community.
