Event Fees & Registration
MLTA members $75 (must be signed into the MLTA website to receive the member rate). Non-members $125. Continental breakfast, lunch, and refreshments are included in the registration fee.
Cancellation/Refund Policy
Attendees are entitled to a full refund if they cancel by Monday, April 12, 2010. All cancellations received afterwards are non-refundable.

The MLTA Spring Seminar is an annual event designed to provide practical education in critical areas facing the profession today. Attendees are comprised of title closers, examiners, real estate agents, appraisers, mortgage professionals, business leaders, county officers and others who are actively engaged in the day-to-day operations of their organizations. Hotel Room Reservations
The St. Cloud Holiday Inn Hotel & Suites is holding a limited number of rooms at a group rate of $74.95 + applicable taxes (currently 12.375%). Reservations must be received no later than Monday, April 5, 2010 to receive the group rate. The Hotel will continue to accept reservations after the cut-off date on a space and rate available basis only.

Reservations may be guaranteed under a valid American Express, VISA, MasterCard or Discover credit card number.
Cancellations must be received by 6:00 p.m. on the day prior to the reservation on a weekend (Friday & Saturday), and by 6:00 p.m. on the day of the reservation on weekdays (Sunday through Thursday), to avoid a one day guest room charge.

Cash donations will also be accepted on-site. Food shelves can stretch donations of cash further than donations of food because of their access to discount products and programs.
